Frank's service can be used and registered by all secondary and higher education students studying in Finland. The studies must be full-time and lead to a degree.
Higher education students must also be registered as present for the current semester in order to register for the service.
University of applied sciences students
Students of all Finnish universities of applied sciences can use Frank's service for free. See the list of Finnish universities of applied sciences.
If you study at Högskolan på Åland, you also have become a member of your own student union to use our service. Otherwise, you can register as a Frank user using Studyinfo verification.
University students
Bachelor's or master's students of all Finnish universities can use Frank's service for free. See the list of Finnish universities.

Second degree students
To use Frank App and digital student card, you must be a full-time student at a Finnish high school or vocational school. Study right is verified through My Studyinfo -service, which requires Finnish bank credentials.
If you don’t have Finnish bank credentials, you get your student card by joining a student organization. Second degree students can order a plastic student card from their student organizations. You can become a member of your own organization below:
SAKKI - Finnish Union of Vocational Students
SLL - Finnish High School Union
FSS - Finlands Svenska Skolungdomsförbund
If you are studying at a foreign institution
At the moment, we can only verify the right to study from Finnish institutions. Please note that you can still order an international ISIC card, which you can use to get student discounts in Finland as well. More about the ISIC card here (link: isic.fi/en).
