The ISIC number on the reverse side of the Frank App student card is not yet an ISIC student card. You can register in the ISIC App and activate your own ISIC student card with your ISIC number, which you can find either in the Frank App by clicking on the "Student Card Verification"-button on student card view, or on your plastic student card. The ISIC number starts and ends with a letter and has a total of 14 characters.
Registration proceeds as follows:
- Download the ISIC app for Android or iOS
- Click "Sign up" on the application's home page or in the menu
- Enter your name in the format you used when ordering the card and your ISIC number, and press "Check"
- Enter your email address where you want the registration confirmation message to be sent, and come up with a password for the following logins
- Read and accept the instructions for use, and press "Sign up"
- Go to the email you provided, and click on the link in the confirmation email.
