We do our best to ensure that no errors occur, but we are not responsible for momentary interruptions in the operation of the Frank App application, the digital student card, or Frank's service, or for the resulting harm. By using the Frank App application and your digital student card, you accept that the service carries a risk of possible interruptions, even though the Frank App has proven to be very reliable since its launch in 2016. We are constantly working to ensure that you can trust your digital student card as your only student card!
If you want to be absolutely sure that there will never be service interruptions at critical moments, you should get a plastic student card and make sure that it always has a valid academic year sticker and that the card is with you when you need it.
