Have you updated your name to your university's student services and your student organisation? We receive the student's information from institutions or student organisations, i.e. when the information is updated, it is sent to our student register. After the change, data transfer takes a few days. The name is then automatically updated on your digital student card.
If you have verified your student status with the My Studyinfo link, check that your name has been updated in Studyinfo and update your information with a new My Studyinfo link. The information for the student card is obtained from the Studyinfo link. We only read the first and last names on the digital card.
