The following conditions apply to the purchase of a student card, unless otherwise stipulated by Finnish law:
Prices and payment
All prices include VAT. The payment must be made in full before the student card is created and sent to the subscriber by mail. Payment can be made with the most common payment cards.
Card production and delivery
All student cards are produced and sent only when the payment has been made in full. Delivery is possible only to Finland and only by standard postal delivery (2nd class mail). Please make sure that Posti knows your current address and that you have your name in the mailbox. Otherwise, Posti may not deliver card orders.
Right to cancel and return an order
It is not possible to cancel the order for the student card, unless the order is canceled before payment. When canceling an order for a student card, the Finnish Consumer Protection Act applies.
