The processing and delivery time for physical student card is 2-3 weeks. Please note that at the beginning of each semester (August & January), there can be delays with deliveries. In order for Posti to deliver your card, your address must be registered to Digital and Population Data Services Agency. See more here. Please make sure to write your address accordingly, information cannot be changed once order has been paid. The order cannot be cancelled after payment either.
The card is delivered as a normal letter. Therefore, the order can’t be tracked. If for some reason the card cannot be delivered, it will return to Frank. In this case, we’ll contact you to arrange the delivery. If you have questions regarding the order, contact us on: info@frank.fi.
