You have entered your password or email address incorrectly when logging in. Please try logging in with the credentials you originally registered with our service. Your email address for signing up must be exactly the same as your registered one (punctuation marks and upper and lower case letters are taken into account).
If you have forgotten your password, you can restore it from the "Forgot password?" link on the App or: student.frank.fi/forgot-password. If you don't remember your original email, you can contact info@frank.fi, we will check it for you. Remember to include your date of birth and full name in the message to find it.
