If your study right can’t be verified from our student register or from My Studyinfo, the validity of the student card will expire and your account will be changed to alumn mode after one month. If you continue your studies, you can update your study right again on the profile page, via “Add education”-button.
If you can’t verify your status, please make sure that you have 1. Enrolled for the current semester, and 2. Paid the student union membership fee, if you study in second degree or in one of these institutions: https://www.frank.fi/en/studentunions/#lp-pom-text-343.
