Your information cannot be found in our student register. We receive information in the register from institutions and, at the second degree, from student organizations, if these conditions are met:
1) The student is present in the current semester (fall: 1.8.-31.12., spring: 1.1.-31.7.)
2) The student is a member of their student organization in the current semester.
If you have just registered to be present or paid your organization's membership fee, there is a delay in updating the information. The information is usually updated a few days after your payment is registered OR at the second degree; your membership application and payment have been processed by the organization.
If you have registered for the semester and paid the membership fee many days (more than 7 days) ago, check primarily with your institution OR student organization that your information is correct. At the beginning of the semesters (1.8. and 1.1.) there are delays in data transfers due to the number of students. We recommend that you first try the verification again in the following days, as information is received in the register daily.
Please note that even if you have already registered to be present before the beginning of the semester, you can still activate your student status and use your student card only when the semester starts and your study right comes into effect. The student card cannot be activated or ordered in advance.
